Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

Both defective and non-defective products are accepted
Items must be unused or lightly used
Items must be returned in reasonable condition
Proof of purchase is required

Step 3 – Return the Item: After approval, return the item using a trackable shipping method. A valid tracking number is required.

Refund Process

Returned items are inspected within 72 hours of receipt
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
No restocking fees are charged
Original shipping fees are included when applicable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 90 days of delivery. Contact us before returning the item. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a full refund instead.
