Wholesale Program Overview

Kings Outlet offers a wholesale program exclusively for qualified business customers. This program is separate from our retail store and does not apply to standard consumer purchases made through our website.

Retail customers shopping on our website are subject to our standard Shipping, Return, and Refund policies.

Eligibility for Wholesale Accounts

To be eligible for a wholesale account, applicants must operate:

  • A registered physical retail store, or
  • A legitimate online business with an established presence

All wholesale applications are reviewed to confirm business legitimacy. Kings Outlet reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.

Wholesale Orders & Pricing

  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts
  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with retail discount codes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Invoices may be provided upon request.

Shipping & Fulfillment (Wholesale)

Wholesale orders ship from our fulfillment facilities in the United States.

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (unless otherwise communicated)

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the wholesale customer. Free shipping may be offered on select wholesale orders at Kings Outlet’s discretion.

Bulk & B2B Orders

Kings Outlet accepts bulk orders for approved B2B and wholesale customers. Terms for large-volume orders may be governed by separate agreements.

Returns & Damaged Items (Wholesale)

Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. All items are inspected prior to shipment. Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
