Delivery Area

Kings Outlet currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Cut-off Time: GMT-05:00 EST (New York), Monday–Friday

Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday)

Estimated Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed after GMT-05:00 EST (New York)  or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders for items to be delivered to different locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Both defective and non-defective products are accepted. Items must be unused or lightly used and returned in reasonable condition.
